La peor experiencia, lleve mi vehículo su primer servicio ( cambio de aceite y rotación de llantas) el vehículo presentó un ruido por la llanta derecha lo lleve de nuevo a servicio y dijeron que era un torni ( cambio de aceite y rotación de llantas) el vehículo presentó un ruido por la llanta derecha lo lleve de nuevo a servicio y dijeron que era un tornillo metido en la llanta, me tuvieron esperando por mas de 2 horas, para reparar la llanta y el vehículo sigue con el molesto ruido en la llanta!! Como explican que un vehículo nuevo presente ese problema!!! El manager de servicios deberia evaluar lo capacitado que estan sus empleados y como hacen au trabajo!!! Terribleeee!! More

I visited the service department about a month ago with a problem on my 2022 Accord infotainment, which is under guarantee. I have been calling and texting the customer service representative with no response at all. I talked to another customer service representative who told me a supervisor will call me.
