La peor experiencia, lleve mi vehículo su primer servicio ( cambio de aceite y rotación de llantas) el vehículo presentó un ruido por la llanta derecha lo lleve de nuevo a servicio y dijeron que era un torni ( cambio de aceite y rotación de llantas) el vehículo presentó un ruido por la llanta derecha lo lleve de nuevo a servicio y dijeron que era un tornillo metido en la llanta, me tuvieron esperando por mas de 2 horas, para reparar la llanta y el vehículo sigue con el molesto ruido en la llanta!! Como explican que un vehículo nuevo presente ese problema!!! El manager de servicios deberia evaluar lo capacitado que estan sus empleados y como hacen au trabajo!!! Terribleeee!! More

I visited the service department about a month ago with a problem on my 2022 Accord infotainment, which is under guarantee. The attention was pretty good, the customer service representative told me he will problem on my 2022 Accord infotainment, which is under guarantee. The attention was pretty good, the customer service representative told me he will contact me in two weeks, when the replacement part required to fix it would be available. I have been calling and texting the customer service representative with no response at all. I talked to another customer service representative who told me a supervisor will call me. I never received a message or a call. This is the fourth car I buy on this dealership and I'm thinking in no buy any more cars there. I'm very disappointed. You're good selling cars but that's it.
