AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes - Service Center

I brought my car for regular service and check the light indicating emission system problem. My appointment with Juan was at 10:00, I was there 10 minutes passed. Close to 11:00 Juan was able to talk to me, indicating emission system problem. My appointment with Juan was at 10:00, I was there 10 minutes passed. Close to 11:00 Juan was able to talk to me, at the time I didn’t realized that he didn’t give a copy of the paper work. He told the work would take about an hour that he would call me. Just before 12:30 I approached him for an update. Forty minutes later, after insisting twice, Juan informed me that just then the shop was going to start working on my car and gave the choice to leave o to keep waiting. I left It was kind of a to experience the lack interest that Juan showed during this time. First time for me at ANH. More
