I dropped my car with no appt. They checked me in and I received a call from my service advisor, James within an hour. I need to take care of my family, and your price gouging my family. To me I see this as another company that seized an opportunity to raise prices on the consumer. I now realize Honda you don't care about me or my family!! Honda Roseville you just care about your bottom line so GOODBYE. There are plenty of great mom and pop shops in my neighborhood that is family oriented with GREAT customer service. I will not take my vehicle or any vehicle back to Honda again. I see no need to take my car to a dealership unless it is a warranty issue. Shame on you Honda Roseville shame on you, you lost a great customer. More
