Friendly staff, nice coffee machine in the waiting area, comfortable seating, big screen TV for you to kill time. Shuttle van is available if needed. Very clean floor too. I am usually very trusting of this dealership and the service department. However, during my most recent visit, I am questioning whether I was advised properly. I bought my Honda Pilot brand new from thi service department. However, during my most recent visit, I am questioning whether I was advised properly. I bought my Honda Pilot brand new from this dealership and it has about 37,000 miles on it. I was told during my last visit that the tech recommended replacing 3 tires for $769.51. I did not go through with that purchase. However, I ended up going to a tire shop after that appointment because 1 of my tires needed air and asked them to check all of my tires. I did not mention in the beginning what I was advised to do at Honda. They did not agree that I needed 3 new tires. I feel like either I was advised incorrectly by the Honda tech or if I actually do need almost all of my tires replaced, I'm concerned about the tire manufacturer Honda uses for their brand new vehicles if they need to be replaced already with that mileage. More
