Brought our car in by appointment to have some highway damage repaired. A service advisor named Jill A. approached us moments after arriving with a smile and an excellent customer service attitude. We waited a reasonable amount of time for repairs to be done, with Jill keeping us updated on occasion, which we appreciated very much, especially considering we were in a lounge area with many other people waiting.
