Customer service is sub par, receptionist keeps you on hold for 15 plus minutes without checking up on you, I just hang up. I go there in person, she’s on the phone with her family member for several minu hold for 15 plus minutes without checking up on you, I just hang up. I go there in person, she’s on the phone with her family member for several minutes instead, with me standing right in front of her not even being acknowledged. When you drop your car off, good luck getting anyone to come to the building’s door to even greet you, even though 4 of them are 2 feet away sitting in their chairs pretending not to see you through the wall made entirely of glass. Once you can actually get your car in the bay, the mechanic side of service was okay. Yet with an appointment, it took over 6 hours to diagnose my engine code and flush my fuel injector, not sure why it took so long but at least it’s fixed (I guess). More
