Friday I had a maintenance appointment for My CRV Touring hybrid. His name was Angus. I took him in and went into the waiting room. They had a poster sign of cars they would like to purchase... I asked them the value of my car (NOT intending to do anything else) in my Penguin pjs. I was unwell, so I looked like CRAP. To make a long story short, they bought my car, sold me another car and sent me home with money in me pocket. They were sweet and kind and brought me tissues when crying over giving up Angus. My decision, there was no pressure. In fact I kept getting asked "WHY are you selling him?" Jackson was laid back and helpful to the max. Knowledgable and very helpful and Yeah. I have a new (4 years old, but new to me) car. It's dangerous to take a car in for maintenance! LOL! So I left that morning with Angus and came home with Dimples Fabio Rose. More

I arrived before my appointment and was greeted as I exited my car. We talked about what was to be done and he said it will be an hour to hour and a half. Overall it was a good experience. I was able to set up an appointment for the same week and the car was fixed within a day. The fix to the solution is a little frustrating as it seems to be a design defect with the eco fuel saver in the odyssey. I have barley 50k miles and oil is seeping into the piston rings?? More
