Of course we went for an oil change but they found many additional services that needed to be done. We were quoted and agreed. Went to pick up our car and cost was higher than we expected. They said they a additional services that needed to be done. We were quoted and agreed. Went to pick up our car and cost was higher than we expected. They said they assumed we knew about shop fees. Those were never mentioned or included in the quoted cost. Work was done so we had no option but to pay. They offered 10% off next visit. Well that’s pointless since we won’t be back. More
