This is my fourth service here, and as always the team is very caring and personable with me. Kevin was great by showing me a video under my car which was excellent and the mechanic Steve came over and educ very caring and personable with me. Kevin was great by showing me a video under my car which was excellent and the mechanic Steve came over and educated me on a few things. My car is new and in perfect shape, and felt like they wanted to make sure I keep it that way with keeping it tip top. They always try and listen to my time restraints since I am taking my lunch too. Sometimes they offer a spare vehicle and other times just making sure I get out in time to get back to work. I also noticed there are some team members there who have been there for a long time and both of them recognized me and said hello, which was nice. More
