Car sluggish to start, recommended I purchase a new battery which I did for peace of mind which I agree with. Now several days later I WAS STRANDED CAUSE GOD xxxx CAR WOULDN'T START. . thank you very much for not taking extra precautions or using your expertise to tell me that oh it started pretty abnormal. IT'S LIKE THEY JUST WANTED ME OUT OF THERE!!! I would have appreciated additional recommendations into this matter at the time. Also noted that the paper work says customer didn't want 2 items done which those 2 items were never addressed to me. This is based only on one visit. But don't let that deter you from visiting this place. I would give a 5 start for the rest of my MANY visits. I suppose they can't all be great. Oh well. This is still my go to location. They do great work. Friendly staff. I'm frustrated but I mean it that they've been awesome every other time. Thank You! More
