Worst customer service experience of my life. The experience I had here today made me feel extremely disturbed and disrespected. I had been emailing rodney for a couple days and set up a time to meet experience I had here today made me feel extremely disturbed and disrespected. I had been emailing rodney for a couple days and set up a time to meet him two days in advance and when I got there he did not shake my hand but showed me to his desk where he said he would be right back to when he finished what appeared to be casual chatting with other staff. He then sat down with me to do the initial interview paperwork. I felt assured that asking me questions such as what I wanted in a car meant that they cared about my experience as a customer but boy was I wrong. A few minutes in, someone informed them that another couple had arrived and said they were supposed to meet him. He got up and walked away and shaked their hands, not explaining at all what he was doing and left me to sit at the desk. I figured at some point he would apologize and excuse himself or give me some kind of explanation but after several minutes that never came. I just sat there awkwardly looking at him for some kind of acknowledgement but that never came. He literally got up in the middle of filling out the paperwork, during an appointment I had set up in advance, and walked away from me without explanation. I could almost see the dollar signs going off in his mind when he was summing me up to determine my worth. Apparently he saw more of a potential payday in the other people that came in. I walked off to my car without any help whatsoever, feeling more disrespected and debased than I ever have as a customer anywhere in my life. Little did he know that my credit score is flawless and I was ready to buy a car immediately. He came running after me as I was leaving trying to beg me to come back in and it just looked so pathetic. He didn't apologize at all, just said my name as though I was the one that had done something wrong. I can't explain how disturbed this made me feel. Bad, slimy vibes everywhere. Red flags screaming at me to run and never look back. You just know they're up to no good. And I'm glad that he showed his true colors because if that simple interaction left me feeling sick to my stomach, I can't imagine how being in a contract with these people would be. More

When I contacted Jake Adams to see when I could come in to test drive the car I had chosen he contacted me and arranged for me to come in and go for a test drive. Jake was instrumental and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions thoroughly. He truly made my shopping experience pleasurable without pressure. We discussed financing and he was able to get me exactly what I wanted and out the door in no time! I truly appreciate all of his help and absolutely love my new CR-V! Thank you Jake! More

Contacted 5 more Honda dealer in E & W WA asking for their best price, didn't share any of the prices I had been given with any of the dealers. Automation Honda was the lowest! No grief or hassle, John was a pro, kept in touch with us for a week. Someone else bought the car we had chosen, he kept an identical car at the same great price until we could make it in. Ronny in finance was great too. Parts department gave us a better than internet price on Weathertech mats + a 15% discount, then upgraded our order and did the install. Totally a no hassle experience, THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY 63 YEARS! I would highly recommend them and would go back again More
Extremely poor customer service after sale On 1/24/2019 my husband and I purchased 2 vehicles at Autonation Honda in Spokane Valley. We worked with a wonderful salesman. (Joshua V.) It was all On 1/24/2019 my husband and I purchased 2 vehicles at Autonation Honda in Spokane Valley. We worked with a wonderful salesman. (Joshua V.) It was all downhill after that. We were pressured into buying vehicle and tire protection plans. The very next day we drove 125 miles back to the dealership to deliver the title to the car that I traded in. We also told them we wanted to cancel those protection plans. It took over a week and a bunch of phone calls to get them to send us the cancellation forms. I waited several more weeks before I followed up to see if the policies had been cancelled. As of Feb.25, 2019 the policies have not been cancelled because the person I have been dealing with hasn't bothered to do her job correctly. (Michelle F.) So...buyer beware. More

Negotiated for the purchase of my vehicle and the date we were to arrive to sign documents. Provided all documents required prior to arrival since my husband (also on the loan and registration) could not fly into Washington (we live out of state). I get there and Brian, Finance, is not there and did not communicate ANYTHING to Micaela, Finance Mgr on duty. So I have to provide the documents AGAIN. We almost couldn't take possession of the vehicle that day. We spent 5 hours at the dealership. Two weeks later, Micaela emails me asking when is the lender going to send payment. I am already frustrated since Brian and Micaela have obviously not talked to each other. The instruction by Brian was that they would send the lender the Purchase Agreement, Title Application and a fedex envelope so the lender could send the check. My attempts to receive a call back from these people are useless. They don't answer their phone, reply to emails nor call back to say sorry about the mix up, everything was taken care of. I had to find out from my lender. One month later, we are still waiting for our license plates. I attempt to call Micaela and also reach out to the Washington DMV where the DMV office says that the dealership has had my plates for 2 weeks!! No call from anyone that they had my plates and they had assured me they would mail it. Their customer service and communication are the worst! There is no follow up. When we call and leave a voicemail, no one returns our calls. They only want to bring sales in but, after they get you to buy, you are on your own. VERY DISAPPOINTED! More
