A check engine light came on in my CRV and I read the code and brought it into the dealership because I believed it was indicative of a big problem. They charged me $90 to tell me my oil level was full a code and brought it into the dealership because I believed it was indicative of a big problem. They charged me $90 to tell me my oil level was full and low oil usually causes the problem so I was good to go. $90 to read my dipstick. I’m leaving with zero confidence that my car is truly safe and I have to drive 400 miles tomorrow with a fear that something is about to go terribly wrong because they didn’t look deeply into my issue. Pretty disappointing experience with the service department. Vehicle under warranty, called in an emergency situation only to be told by their rep that they could not help. Got the vehicle towed in on my own, service department provided minimal assistance in trouble shooting and did not address some of the specific concerns brought up. Not what I was hoping for from the dealer where I both purchased the vehicle and have had all service work performed. More

READ YOUR INVOICE! I always use the Costco 15% discount when I go in. I either show or tell them that I have it. Got the bill and notice no discount so I asked and he had forgotten about it. Very apologetic and he redid the invoice with a 10% discount, which I caught after paying. So he had to start over again with a refund and now the 15% discount, which saved another $17. I like coming here, as it is close and from what I can tell they do a good job. Just make sure you read your bill. I like humans, not robots. Only suggestion I would make is - be more human...get a sense of humor. No more drop off and courtesy car. I miss that. More
