This is my fourth service here, and as always the team is very caring and personable with me. Kevin was great by showing me a video under my car which was excellent and the mechanic Steve came over and educ very caring and personable with me. My car is new and in perfect shape, and felt like they wanted to make sure I keep it that way with keeping it tip top. They always try and listen to my time restraints since I am taking my lunch too. Sometimes they offer a spare vehicle and other times just making sure I get out in time to get back to work. I also noticed there are some team members there who have been there for a long time and both of them recognized me and said hello, which was nice. More
