AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley - Service Center

I bought a Prius 2012 from this dealership in 2019 and have been taking the car there for regular servicing ever since. My past experiences were great! However, my last service appointment was substandard have been taking the car there for regular servicing ever since. My past experiences were great! However, my last service appointment was substandard. The service team missed the multi-point inspection so I asked the service agent to complete it. The car was returned to me shortly after with a hand written service summary showing that everything in the inspection passed the test. As I left the leadership, the TPMS light came on. I reported my dissatisfaction to the dealership. A manager followed up with a call and suggested that his manager will follow up with another call to remediate the issue. It's been almost a month and I have yet to hear from the dealership. This is rather unusual because my past experience here have been great. More

Oscar was friendly, polite, and efficient with my 2021 Honda oil change and MPI, on April 1, 2023. I was told that my battery passed the service test and is okay. I only have about 4000 miles on my 1 1/2 year old CRV, and I’ve already needed three roadside services to jump the battery. I was encouraged, by technicians at Honda to drive more than I am, and I will try to do that. I still keep a battery maintainer on my Honda, at night, just in case, and it seems to be working well. I am happy with my CRV, and the service department. Everyone is more than willing to help me, and I truly appreciate that! More

To set up an appointment by phone was a mess ! The phone system would run you in circles and took me over 15 minutes to finally get through. The online set up is a total waste of time. Best Honda Service Dept in Spokane! I used to be customer of another local dealer until I kept getting run around about a recall update that they said was unavailable. I called Autonati I used to be customer of another local dealer until I kept getting run around about a recall update that they said was unavailable. I called Autonation who did the update the next day! I will Never visit other Dealership again!!!! Also other dealership said update takes 4 hours, was in and out of Autonation in 20 minutes! Excellent customer service!!! More
