We purchased a new vehicle this past Saturday from AutoNation Honda Thornton Rd and our experience was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I were extremely pleased with the entire staff - specifical AutoNation Honda Thornton Rd and our experience was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I were extremely pleased with the entire staff - specifically Larry, Jena, and the finance advisor. Larry and Jena had patience with me and my preference to negotiate cost/options via email prior to our arrival. We communicated for several days before making the drive out (we live approx an hour from the dealership). This made for a smooth and comfortable visit with firm expectations. My family and I arrived at the dealership with a full understanding on what we would be looking at. I did a test drive - loved the vehicle.. and from there, Larry walked us thru the entire buying process. We LOVED Larry.. especially my kids! He was so knowledgeable, kind, and relatable. We felt very comfortable with him. My only "complaints": the long wait time throughout the buying process. We were there for several hours waiting for our turn. However the staff explained that they were short staffed and several deals all came in at once. Oh, and the coffee machine was broken - bummer! BUT they had endless freshly popped popcorn, Spongebob on the tv, and water - so my kids were GREAT!! Thank you AutoNation Honda - you're forever our favorite car buying experience!! God Bless!!
