A little problem. I called and they worked hard to have a vehicle ready for me to look at the next day. Overnight I decided I wanted to upgrade to navigation. They had a vehicle. The original request and initial quote were all on a 2022. The second vehicle, while brand new, was a 2021. It was not brought to my attention. The paperwork was all in order for a 2021, I just didn’t catch it. In the long run I don’t believe it made a lot of difference I just felt like I was negotiating in bad faith. Would I come back, yes. But I lost the good feeling of a fair deal. I would warn my friends. More
