I was really in a jam with my Ridgeline. I towed it to Honda within the same day of calling the service department. Usually it’s unheard of the dealership being able to work on your car or e I towed it to Honda within the same day of calling the service department. But Honda Valencia was super supportive and was able to help me and my car right away. I really appreciate the fast service and the update they provided. But the people who drop off your car when you are finished have a really bad attitude , there was a African American gentleman that was very ru him ! We’ve never had a great experience servicing our car there. There’s been at least two separate times where we got charged for a service that wasn’t performed.
