AutoNation Honda Valencia - Service Center

This is my third Honda. I have been coming here for service since about 2002 (?). I bought a Subaru in 2014 & bought my current Honda in 2021. This is my second service with this car (I don't drive much anymore). I've had the same service advisor for my last 2 Hondas. Actually, he is the main reason I bought another Honda, but he is now the Service Manager. I set up my appt with him & he was helping out while I was there. I have always been happy with the service I receive here. However, yesterday they were so busy it took over 3 hours for an oil change. Your shuttle is only for drop offs, they will not pick you up, which is very inconvenient. I spoke with another customer while we were waiting for a service advisor & she said it was like this the last time she came. Also, I had coupons. I was told by my advisor they would apply the best price. When I got home & looked at the invoice, I didn't see any discount. I have a mechanic for my other car who is within walking distance from my house. I am considering taking my Honda to him for the next service. This is nothing against the service advisor, he was extremely nice, he has no control over these issues (except the discount). More
