The Service Department at AutoNation Honda Valencia is amazing! When I purchased my daughters new Civics back in 2012 when they were 16 years-old and I wanted them to follow up on all their required serv amazing! We started working with William Stehman in the Service Dept and he treated us, my daughters like family, so patience and with great customer service. 11 years later, my daughters still go there and now William is the Service Manager, but when he sees them, he still greets them and ask everything okay? THE AUTO INDUSTRY NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM!! More
