Came in Tuesday morning for an oil change , Pascual gladly assisted me even tho I didn’t have an appointment. He recommended and oil transmission flush for my 2019 Honda Civic sport with 40,000 miles gladly assisted me even tho I didn’t have an appointment. When the AC went out on my Accord, I brought it to Honda Valencia. I meet and dealt with service rep, Eric Duarte. He was friendly, professional and facilitating. I have bought and leased my cars from this dealership for a very long time( about 20 years). Two cars back the dealership started to go down hill. This last visit it was so bad that I decided to leave Honda. a very long time( about 20 years). Two cars back the dealership started to go down hill. This last visit it was so bad that I decided to leave Honda. I took my CRV in to have the right passenger side checked. Three things broke and the car was only a year and three months old. I leased it from Galpin Honda as the Valencia Dealership couldn't help me. If only I was told that I needed to take it back to Galpin to have the issues looked at then that would have been another story. It should be covered under my warranty. After charging me about $200 to check it out, I was told that they had to order the parts. I said it was under warranty and was told that I had to take it back to Galpin Honda and talk with them. I'm sorry then if you thought that there was an issue about covering the cost under a warranty then you should have told me. It also took a long time to get an appointment. The first time I called the woman wasn't very friendly so that put me off. I waited another week and tried calling again. This time another person helped me and I felt like it was my wonderful old Honda Dealership. I did feel bad for the guy helping me as it seemed he was put in a hard place. I'm really sad as I have loved all of my Hondas and this dealership. After talking with some of my friends they have felt the same about this dealership. I know my review won't do much but I really hope they try and remember to do their best to take care of their customers. One last thing, not sure why they ran my car through the car wash as part of the door siding was very loose. We even talked about that during drop off. More
