Excellent service advisor who understood my basic needs and took care of them promptly. He was also very forthright in letting us know that although the service should be quicker the labor market for obtai and took care of them promptly. He offered us a shuttle service if we needed it and updated the status of our vehicle a number of times during our wait. It was a small thing, but it reinforced the feeling that we were/are valued customers. We will return in the future to AutoNation Honda Valencia for our Honda service/repair needs! More

They lack in customer service at this location in Valencia,CA. We brought our vehicle in for service ( oil change and tire rotation) and the wait time is 3 hrs.
