All and all it was a pleasant experience I was disappointed however when my car was done they hadn’t washed it. I asked the attendant about it and he said there were too many cars. That was disappointing. But oh well, no biggie More

This week I entered my son's 2007 Honda Civic into service at AutoNation Honda Valencia. Overall a very acceptable/good experience. Jason, my service writer, was great... very professional, helpful an service at AutoNation Honda Valencia. Overall a very acceptable/good experience. Jason, my service writer, was great... very professional, helpful and, a great communicator. I needed a new thermostat so that the check engine light could be extinguished. I had no appointment but Honda was able to squeeze me in and had the car for a day. Situation fixed. My only grief is the $165 diagnosis fee. I understand that a mechanic needs to be paid for the time spent figuring out what work will need to be performed however, the dealership's high hourly rate charged for labor should be enough to "cover" the diagnosis fee regardless if the repair work is performed by Honda. As a comparison, Autonation Ford Valencia does not charge a fee for diagnosis. I am aware that the $165 fee is applied to the cost of repair work should the work be performed by Honda. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would return in the future. More
