I went into the dealership because my hood shakes and looks like it is going to fly open. Well, I was told that it wasn't doing that, so it wasn't fixed. Now, I drive around watching my hood shake and waiting for it to fly open. It is very disconcerting. I have no idea what to do because the dealership says I don't have a problem. It is very difficult to be made to feel like I am idiot when I can clearly see a problem that is going to result in me eventually having a a terribly dangerous experience on the road. However, Honda won't help me. I am at a loss because the dealership has basically abandon me and the problem. I paid a ton of money for the car, and I bought the extended service agreement, and it all feels like a waste of money. I am very disappointed, and I don't feel Honda cares about my safety. More
