We have had our car serviced at this dealer since 2005. They are the best! They take good care of our car and us. The service writers, the mechanic's and the shuttle drivers all do a great job. Better communication between customer and service rep is needed. A few minutes phone call to inform customer as to the current situation with their vehicle would go a long way in preventing irate relations needed.
