Efficient. Courteous. Professional. Thorough. The facility is in a good location. It is clean, uncluttered and well-maintained.. They are in the process of tra Courteous. Professional. Thorough. The facility is in a good location. It is clean, uncluttered and well-maintained.. They are in the process of transitioning to a new highly efficient, computerized system. My service advisor located the full history of my vehicle within seconds and was able to give me a clear understanding of what work would need to be done. He also provided an accurate estimate of the time needed and a realistic approximation of the cost. I was able to wait for my car in a comfortable lounge with amenities. When the car was finished, I was able to pay by credit card at my Service Advisor’s desk rather than going through the usual process of being handed off to a cashier. My car was waiting for me right outside the service department entrance so I did not have to wait for it to be brought up. All in all this was a pleasant and positive experience. More
