Nice facility and I have had only pleasant experiences at this dealership. Service Department is awesome. They leave your car cleaner than when you brought it in, service is done timely, and they have the this dealership. Service Department is awesome. I took my 2018 Honda Accord Sport in on a Saturday morning due to a warranty covered issue that was causing all of the dashboard error lights to illuminate simultaneous and also the car randomly losin morning due to a warranty covered issue that was causing all of the dashboard error lights to illuminate simultaneous and also the car randomly losing power. I had reserved an appointment for 9:30 and arrived at 9:25. Service advisors helped everyone in the order that they arrived regardless of appointment so I wasn’t helped until almost 9:45. Patrick was my service advisor and he seemed polite at check in. He said I would hear from him within 5 hours in regards to the issues. At 2:00 pm the dealership still hadn’t diagnosed my car. I complained that it shouldn’t take 4 hours to diagnose a problem. The 9:30 appointment was basically pointless as I had to wait behind everyone else that had arrived prior to me without an appointment. When I finally received a call from Patrick at almost 4 pm, he informed me that they had to keep the car until at least Monday if not Tuesday. Since it was warranty related I asked them if they were gonna provider a loaner car. He said no, and that giving me my car back wasn't an option because of the liability. Patrick was very rude and unprofessional during our conversation. He referred me to Enterprise who would give me a friendly Honda rate but said they were almost closing and wouldn’t be able to get a rental that day. He didn’t tell me they were closed on Sunday and this I was left careless for work day on Monday. My wife and I both work and we need two cars. Needless to say, Patrick and the dealership but me in an unnecessary bind by so losing minimum information and not attending to my car in a timely manner. He also put me in a bind because he could not tell me when my car would be ready for pick up. The car was ready by Monday afternoon, but at this point the damage had been done. I had a previous bad experience at this same dealership with a standard oil change. I made an appointment At 8:00 am, arrived early and it still took them 4 hours to complete it. For a standard oil change. Never again will I return here for any services. Hopefully the sales department is better. More

This was my first time at AutoNation Honda Valencia and I was impressed by how fast my service visit went. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and service tech and the coordinator Jason were very friend was impressed by how fast my service visit went.
