I was greeted with a smile and warm heart by Edwin. He told and showed me why certain services were being suggested. He did not pressure, he educated. I am grateful I had the money to get the services I needed and very grateful I had a place to go that made me feel as a single customer That I was being heard and listened to. These guys (Edwin) in the service department are great, they get down to business a soon as I get to their desk and write me up they seem to get my car right in.
