AutoNation Honda Valencia - Service Center

I worked with Jason Ellis who provided phenomenal service. He was very good at communicating and keeping me updated on the progress. I don’t normally have my car serviced at Valencia Honda, but my ca service. He was very good at communicating and keeping me updated on the progress. I have a 2019 Accord, which had recently been repaired at the dealership I normally go to due to a recall. My dealer did a shoddy job of fixing the recall problem. Thankfully I was able to get my car fixed properly at Valencia Honda with the cooperation, professionalism, and assistance from Jason. I give Jason 10 stars!! More

The service was good, but.... I got a low tire pressure warning on the way home after picking up my car from the dealer. The dealer rotated the tires as part of the service. When I dropped the car off, the tire pressure was set at 35psi for all tires. When I got home the tire pressure varied from 28 to 30 psi across tires. I pumped them all back up to 35psi and reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). Note to dealer: If you are going to change tire pressure, please reset TPMS as a low tire pressure warning while driving is somewhat unnerving. More
