To be honest - a less than acceptable service experience. Waited 20 min to reach service area then waited another 10 min for service advisor to finish with 2 other "clients". finally told by another servic Waited 20 min to reach service area then waited another 10 min for service advisor to finish with 2 other "clients". finally told by another service advisor to "wait inside". Truck was there for a RECALL. (I was also going to get an oil change, but after the wait, cancelled it). After 15 min, the truck was returned. My last visit to theis dealership - truck out of warranty and I will find another operation to service it. More
