The service person who waiter on me was very helpful explaining what was going on with my car right. He told me a needed a new rim. It was ordered and he let me know when it would be in. Disappointment with the service I recently received at the dealership concerning my rotation of my tires. I took my car for service July 26,2025 and had to bring back July 28, 2025. Was told everything wa the dealership concerning my rotation of my tires. I took my car for service July 26,2025 and had to bring back July 28, 2025. Was told everything was ok but later to find out they said I had a bubble in my tires. Could they have seen this on Saturday. I don’t understand. I had to purchase a tire because of their negligence.
