As with all dealers their goal is to provide recommendations on items needed. The last dealer recommended an exhaust system, AutoNation Hyundai did not comment on the exhaust system but said fl recommendations on items needed. I have had a car for over 50 years and never heard of a brake fluid change. Recommendations that differ from dealership to dealership makes me as a customer very untrusting in the recommendations. The bottom line is I had to take this vehicle back twice. The GPS was not working properly and the first time the solution was to update the system, and they could not do it. I managed to update the system at a public library and uploaded to the vehicle. This did nothing to correct the GOS issue. I took my car back and they maintained it not a issue, after insisting there is something wrong with the vehicle the decided that the radio needs replaced and it would be in excess of $4,000 for this service. I said I purchased the extended 100,000 mile warranty and the said the radio was not covered. More

Dealership was great at communicating. Truck I purchased on the other hand has a lot of issues mainly it looks like no one serviced the truck at dealership. Small items like air filter/ oi Truck I purchased on the other hand has a lot of issues mainly it looks like no one serviced the truck at dealership. Small items like air filter/ oil and filter and making sure there are no leaks to disclose to the buyer. Radiator has to be replaced which dealership said they would refund me that money. Truck had two bent rims and blow out leaking oil shocks. I found these items with a quick inspection with just easy take your time looking at the truck items. I don’t know if dealership has a technician looking and reviewing vehicles before they sell if so they may need to set that person down and have a good talking too. This way you can disclose all items that need attention. If a vehicle is older understood but looking over any vehicle very well so customer knows. Truck was shaking so bad all they had to do on that is put it on a wheel balancer to find out it had bent rims. All in all it’s a good truck with me putting another 1,800 in it to fix undisclosed items and parts. More
