Alex was very upfront with us and we liked that. He said if I make a deal that's great if not we can be friends. He gave us 2 options and did not push us to make the deal. As with all dealers their goal is to provide recommendations on items needed. The last dealer recommended an exhaust system, AutoNation Hyundai did not comment on the exhaust system but said fl recommendations on items needed. The last dealer recommended an exhaust system, AutoNation Hyundai did not comment on the exhaust system but said fluids, including BRAKE fluid! I have had a car for over 50 years and never heard of a brake fluid change. Recommendations that differ from dealership to dealership makes me as a customer very untrusting in the recommendations. The bottom line is I had to take this vehicle back twice. The GPS was not working properly and the first time the solution was to update the system, and they could not do it. I managed to update the system at a public library and uploaded to the vehicle. This did nothing to correct the GOS issue. I took my car back and they maintained it not a issue, after insisting there is something wrong with the vehicle the decided that the radio needs replaced and it would be in excess of $4,000 for this service. I said I purchased the extended 100,000 mile warranty and the said the radio was not covered. More
