After driving for an hour to the dealership for an appointment to repair a recall, I am told that they don't have the part in stock. I received excuses that the weather delayed shipments, Covid delay appointment to repair a recall, I am told that they don't have the part in stock. I received excuses that the weather delayed shipments, Covid delayed manufacturing, etc. I had had the appointment for over a month! You would think that would be plenty of time to get in a part for a recall. Also, it would have been a SERVICE if I had received a call to inform me that they had not been able to get the part in to keep me from having to waste time and money. Things did turn out okay since someone else had ordered the part but had not picked it up so "problem solved". There was no courtesy vaccum, etc. This is my 4th Hyundai (a Venue). Unfortunately this dealership's service department is one reason I am loosing faith in Hyundai as a whole. More
