The staff is friendly. .. no doubt about that. However, they are down to 1 service advisor.. ONE! And because of that... you have to book a service appointment more than a .. no doubt about that. However, they are down to 1 service advisor.. ONE! And because of that... you have to book a service appointment more than a MONTH in advance. Then, when you arrive for your appointment, you wind up having to wait an inordinate amount of time. For me specifically, I always schedule for the first appointment of the day. But, if the person after me requires a little more time with the advisor... it puts her behind schedule. And with only have one advisor... it just compounds. I have personally seen people wait 45 minutes to be checked in for their appointment. Given that fact, Tiffany does an amazing job given her situation. Reading the optional questions below... I wasn't asked if I wanted my vehicle sanitized...so I assume it wasn't. Contactless transactions and service pickup and delivery were not part of my appointment. More
