There aren’t enough words to adequately express the fabulous experience we had at AutoNation Hyundai Corpus. From our first call with Paloma to our finance session with Shannon, things went well. This was a long distance transaction, encompassing Denton, San Antonio and Corpus to acquire a vehicle for my granddaughter with a co-signer and that required the coordination of long-distance travel. Paloma was professional and on the mark every step of the way and was proactive and open to Plan B options when COVID threatened to foil our best laid plans. Thankfully, we were all clear and able to follow through with Plan A. Whew! When we arrived at the dealership, Rick met us outside with the keys to the pre-detailed car and did the overview with professionalism and a sincere desire to ensure our best experience and answer our questions. Given this a was my granddaughter’s first car buying experience, I was concerned about the finance portion of the transaction because, as we all know, it can be a long and drawn out…a real bear! Shannon was a rockstar! She had everything prepared and went through every detail with a professional, educative and calm demeanor. All in all, it was a first-class experience! Service department, friendly but unreliable on part inventory and scheduling. 6 months still no part, no call on update of ordered part that is normally in inventory.
