My experience was excellent! When I got there and saw all th he construction going on, I got a little stress of what the service was going to be like. To my surprise, Mr. Rodriguez was busy but when it was my turn He made me feel very comfortable and gave me all the attention needed to feel welcome and to feel comfortable. And then Mr. Leo, the salesman that sold me the car 15 months ago greeted me and made me feel even better. He visited with me for awhile. That helped a lot. Before I left he told me that if I needed anything, just call him. Mr Rodriguez made sure that I was ok with the car when it was deliver to me. Oh, the sales personnel in the trailer made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. And they were very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Hyundai for employing such professionals to take care of us customers! More
Jesse was so helpful and made my service experience exceptional. I only had to drop off my car and then pick it up, i didn't have to wait around and that was great cause I had just worked an overnight exceptional. I purchased my Tucson 2018 in June 2019. The engine went out in June 2021. I took the vehicle to the dealership and was told it would be covered by warranty and that it would take about a mo The engine went out in June 2021. I took the vehicle to the dealership and was told it would be covered by warranty and that it would take about a month to fix. They stated they had to completely rebuild the engine. They put us in a small rental car (KIA Forte). It is April 2022 and I just got my car back. Every time we called the office for an update, they could not give us one, only that they were short handed and would try to work on the car as soon as they were staffed. We continued to pay for the car we didn't have and had to make due with the rental and the limited space. No apologies were given. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place. More
