Instead of giving up he looked for something that was similar in size with all same bells and whistles for a number that would work for us. After that all we had to do was make a few calls to check insurance on each vehicle we looked at and that made our decision much easier. Once Alex was done we sat with the finance manager who was very professional and informal giving us different history of the company versus other brands. He finished up our paper work within a responsible amount of time not wasting our time which usually happens at most car dealerships. More

Shawn was Phenomenal! Shawn is very knowledgeable about the mechanics and functioning of the vehicles and always had an answer to all my questions. This is our 3rd new card purchase since Oct. 2017 and we came to see Shawn for that very reason. He’s honest and upfront which I like instead of the song and dance most places do. However, wasn’t to please that the finance guy was pushing papers at me to sign before I got a final word and numbers on my interest rate, taxes, title, gap and what my payment would be. After signing the 5th page I asked him where was the outline of my numbers? He though the salesman went over that. That’s not his responsibility! He then printed out the numbers and it was all wrong. I stopped signing at that point and asked for Shawn. The interest rate was higher and the discount and rebates didn’t add up. I was very frustrated that I was being pushed papers without going over this important info first which determined if I even wanted or could afford this car in the payment amount I agreed to afford/pay which was $30.00 a month higher. $30 dollars a month more payment over 75 months is a lot of money and interest for me. That’s over $2,00.00. Over all the situation was resolved and we were happy with the outcome. The manager always makes sure we are satisfied with our service! Shawn and Mike is the reason why we came back to purchase a third vehicle! Honesty and integrity goes a long way! More
