I made an appointment to see a car and was assurred by their rep who called me that the car was there. When I arrived the salesman named CJ told me the car was unavailable since someone else had it for a test drive??? The salesman tried to sell me a different car and I said no thank you and walked back to my car. The salesman followed me all the way to my car and knocked on my closed window. How rood is that!!! I was told that they are "archived". It seems the paperwork is more secure than the Pentagon Papers were. This experience has soured me on this dealership. They clearly can do better.
