While the car delivered did not have the roof rack cross bars, the sales person, Joni, addressed the situation immediately and installed the cross bars himself. It was a concern that the person doing the closing was trying to sell me a 10 year extended contract because of all the electronics. When reading the Bluelink manual I was surprised and disappointed to read that the system would be obsolete in 5 years and there there would be no upgrades available. Hopefully Hyundai will address this shortcoming. I was also appreciative of the follow up by the two women handling internet sales. They both kept me updated as I awaited arrival of the 2018 Santa Fe. More

It is truly a wonderful automobile and should do very well in the market place. The safety features are outstanding along with the other electronic improvements. The new seats are extremely comfortable and have a lot of adjustments. Only weakness I found was the difficulty in using the roller volume and select switches on the steering wheel. At Hilton Head Hyundai there was no "hard sell"....just an effort to see what our needs were and how we could be best served. Joe Roselli was the perfect salesperson to assist us. He took the time to understand our needs and how we would be driving the car. The car we had first looked at was white in color and when we said we'd prefer a different color, Joe went to work to move one out of the showroom for us. We have now driven the car 2,500 miles over the Thanksgiving holiday and we could not be more pleased with our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. One more thing: the dealership premises were very clean......not a speck of dirt/dust anywhere. More
