We had an outstanding experience when purchasing at Hilton Head Hyundai in 2015 (including subsequent vehicle servicing), making it a no-brainer to return to the dealership this year. We had formed an excellent relationship with Mike Butt during the purchase of our prior Santa Fe Sport in 2015 and he handed us over to Shawn Simpson (sales) because of his thorough knowledge of the feature set in the 2018 model. Shawn was tireless in ferrying various color combinations from the lot and answering our many detailed questions in sweltering weather conditions so that my wife could make her decision as to which car she wanted. In the end, my wife, the primary driver of our Hyundai, wanted a very specific interior/exterior color combination and I wanted the greatest amount of available technology (Ultimate trim with the Tech package). Our specifics were conveyed to Matt Houghton and he immediately began the search to locate the ONE specific vehicle which was available among all of the regional Hyundai dealers. He was able to locate the specific car in Atlanta within an hour that Thursday afternoon and sent a driver there the following morning. He had the precise car back at the dealership by the end of that Friday. The car was professionally prepped and delivered to us in superb condition early Saturday afternoon, within 2 days of our initial discussions; Shawn was on-time for our delivery appointment. Mike Butt had found a very small imperfection in one piece of trim on his detailed pre-delivery inspection and assured me that a replacement part had already been ordered and would be installed at no cost to me; I'm not sure that I would have ever found that defect. Shawn spent as much time as we needed in discussing the workings of our new Santa Fe Sport and we drove the car home that Saturday afternoon. He has already followed up with us since we took possession of the car last Saturday, making sure that everything was going well (it is). I should point out that the pricing, including a generous trade-in allowance, Hyundai rebates and incentives, was more than fair. Arranging financing was straightforward, immediate and glitch free. What a fantastic experience! More

I returned a week later with my wife so he knew we were thinking about buying the car and he was much friendlier. Since we bought the Genesis, he's been trying to help us sync our garage remote to the car. He even came out to our house to sync them but it wouldn't work. We're waiting to hear back from him. More
