Adam was excellent. Deal not so excellent. Adam was very attentive and considerate. He did all I could ask. Even then I didn't know if it would be any better that the first two engines. I am sure that no other deal would take it as a trade. So I as pretty much stuck with whatever deal you would make. I am unhappy with the fact that I brought the vehicle to your shop many times complaining about the excess noise from the engine. They kept telling us that it was normal due to the new direct injection system. I got into too many arguments with my wife over this problem. There is no reason that a direct injection system should make any more noise that an indirect system. This is why I gave a poor above and would not recommend this dealership. Another question: I am not sure what the closing costs of $450.00 covers just seems as a way to increase the profit. More

We actually went to 17 dealerships on a Sunday to look unobtrusively but were pleased that C.J. was on the lot as she showed up the perfect car for us, the features and the price in less than 12 minutes. We came back two days laters and drove home with our new car an hour later. Needless to say, we are very happy. C.J. spent ample time going over the features, handling the trade of our two cars, and follows up quickly for any last minute question or emails we have sent him.
