He is very good at explaining how all the fun features work. His knowledge on Hyundai vehicles is spot on and comforting. Once I decided on my new Santa Fe Matt Houghton work with me on numbers and I was able to get the payment I wanted. He too was very professional and made the process so easy for me. I was very nervous going in and left being the happiest person. Everyone there is amazing and I felt at ease the entire time. Easy buying experience My husband and I shopped for a Sante Fe over the Memorial Day weekend. We were immediately greeted by the manager and then connected with a salesman n My husband and I shopped for a Sante Fe over the Memorial Day weekend. We were immediately greeted by the manager and then connected with a salesman named CJ. He was knowledgeable and laid back in his approach to selling the vehicle. There was no pressure to work numbers initially as we were looking at other vehicles that day. When we returned for a 2nd test drive 2 days later CJ answered all of our questions and made the negotiating experience quick and easy. The longest time was spent in F&I due to some minor errors in paperwork like address that needed to be fixed before we signed. We also purchased some of the protection packages so we negotiated the numbers on that which took a few minutes. After all was said and done we talked to the Allstate rep and were on our way with our new car! More
