We were immediately greeted by the manager and then connected with a salesman named CJ. He was knowledgeable and laid back in his approach to selling the vehicle. There was no pressure to work numbers initially as we were looking at other vehicles that day. When we returned for a 2nd test drive 2 days later CJ answered all of our questions and made the negotiating experience quick and easy. The longest time was spent in F&I due to some minor errors in paperwork like address that needed to be fixed before we signed. We also purchased some of the protection packages so we negotiated the numbers on that which took a few minutes. After all was said and done we talked to the Allstate rep and were on our way with our new car! More

However, once we test drove it briefly, talked some numbers, discussed and reached a compromise on 1 item, we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. All of this happened because Adam was honest every step of the way. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he got an answer for us. There was no haggling or pressure. We weren't "talked into" doing anything. he listened, showed us 2 vehicles, and we purchased a Sante Fe Sport. The only down side was the wait to see the finance person. After taking the demo for a test ride I was convinced I needed to look no further for a new vehicle. I was sold and excited. After selecting my color choice we went over all the specs and pricing details. I was then introduced to your F & I Manager Steve Fletcher to sign all the appropriate administrative papers and in conversation found out his parents living in Sun City are my neighbors. What a small world. The following day, I received a call my new vehicle was ready for pick-up and C J personally picked me up at my home and escorted me to your dealership. Payment was made and I was handed the keys to my new purchase. C J went over all the features and driving settings with me and answered any questions I had so that I would feel comfortable driving off the lot. In conclusion, I am extremely pleased with the whole process and ease in which I was able to continue to be part of the Hilton Head Hyundai family and look forward to many years of good service. Within four hours laters I walked out with a nixed used SUV and they even took my old car as trade in. All financed and insurance transferred completed at car dealership.
