I was then introduced to your F & I Manager Steve Fletcher to sign all the appropriate administrative papers and in conversation found out his parents living in Sun City are my neighbors. What a small world. The following day, I received a call my new vehicle was ready for pick-up and C J personally picked me up at my home and escorted me to your dealership. Payment was made and I was handed the keys to my new purchase. C J went over all the features and driving settings with me and answered any questions I had so that I would feel comfortable driving off the lot. In conclusion, I am extremely pleased with the whole process and ease in which I was able to continue to be part of the Hilton Head Hyundai family and look forward to many years of good service.
