We found his personality to be pleasant, well mannered, light hearted, (able to sincerely joke a little) and genuine friendly. We want to commend him and his manager for being more straight forward with the finance details then any other car sales person we have had business dealings with in the past. (This is our third new car purchase in the last 10 years, plus shopping for cars with our married children.) We will mention Aran and the dealer to all our family and friends. We like the Hyundai Tucson as we now own two of them. We also had good dealings with Hilton Head Hyundai when one of my son leased and then purchased a Hyundai Elantra. I have found them to be fair and accommodating in all instances. I actually came in to just look. This is the second time I have dealt with Alex Cochran who was helpful and efficient. I had to leave for an appointment but when I returned about 2 hours later all the paperwork done and waiting for my signature. Corey handled the insurance and saved me money. Jeff was efficient and answered any of my financial questions. No one was pushy or aggressive, all of my decisions were informed decisions and everyone was extremely professional. As mentioned I have dealt with Alex before and one of the most impressive things about him is that whenever I was in the dealership for anything and he was there he would come over, say hello, etc. In other words, I was not invisible after the sale. Best new car purchase ever CJ was quite proactive in bringing in the auto from another dealership. When in for service I spoke to GJ about the possibility of trading early if th CJ was quite proactive in bringing in the auto from another dealership. We set an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived the the auto was there with both color and equipment of my choice. In an out in two hours, best time ever. More
