Best new car purchase ever CJ was quite proactive in bringing in the auto from another dealership. When in for service I spoke to GJ about the possibility of trading early if th CJ was quite proactive in bringing in the auto from another dealership. When in for service I spoke to GJ about the possibility of trading early if the deal was right. He asked if the color and equipment I currently had would work again. We set an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived the the auto was there with both color and equipment of my choice. In an out in two hours, best time ever. More

New Azera Salesman was good in introducing my to Hyundai. I went car shopping to 5 other dealerships and did a lot of research online in advance. The sales manager made me a great deal that no one could beat and the vehicle had more than I was looking for and met my budget needs. Pickup of the vehicle was a disappointing experience. I had an appointment and the sales agent had the vehicle ready but no one else seemed aware that I was coming. Paperwork was not done in advance so I had to wait for the finance person to be free then wait while he prepared my paperwork. He even asked "were we expecting you today?"He even had to redo some of the paperwork because I called to his attention that the payments he put on the contract was not what was agreed to. Same time waster with the insurance, which I'm not sure why that had to be done on site since my insurance is current and would cover a new vehicle temporarily. No one told me that needed to be done before I picked up the car and I never experienced that before. Had I known, I would have gotten a rider from my insurance agent before I came in to pick up the car. Salesman gave me a brochure on the vehicle but did not walk me through the features so I pretty much have to do that part on my own - learn about my car features etc. and set up the app, etc. I was at the dealership for over two hours for this process.
