Frustrating and disappointed Alex was wonderful but decisions that were made over the phone pertaining to reserving the car changed once my wife came in. We had just gone thru the Alex was wonderful but decisions that were made over the phone pertaining to reserving the car changed once my wife came in. We had just gone thru the hurricane and wanted to reserve the car we decided upon with a $5000.00 deposit. I had to fight with them to just reserve the car for 12 hours until I figured out how I was going to pay for the car. Either finance it or pay cash. This decision was going to be based upon the amount of $$ my insurance company was going to give me for my car that was declared a total loss. Having owned 4 Lexus vehicles and 2 Acura cars over the past 25 years I was not used to this treatment. More
