Awful experience on 2022 GV80. , under warranty, and tried to charge me $700 for part! Then took part off!! Mickey was no help ! Drove 5 hours to another Genesis dealer and all was , under warranty, and tried to charge me $700 for part! Then took part off!! Mickey was no help ! I am not one for writing reviews but I think this deserves one . I was on I95 driving to Florida when a truck drove over a tire retread and flew in front of my car , it did quite a bit of damage to t deserves one . I was on I95 driving to Florida when a truck drove over a tire retread and flew in front of my car , it did quite a bit of damage to the bumper and it took out the front part of the skid plate which was dragging on the ground , so I had to find somebody to put the car on a lift to take it off. I found Autonation on my search and drove down to them , I asked if they could do the work and without question the Manager Mickey Harvest said he would do it , 45 minutes later I was back on the road . Thank you again. We need more people like you in this world. More

Make sure they put all your parts back in your car. Went in to have a recall done left and came back a week later with an over heated car. Why is the car over heating you might ask? I took my wife red color Hyundai for a 10am appointment, Angela Spinola, and she was perfect, great communication, courteous, informative and the service was completed, my car was supposed to be clean bu Angela Spinola, and she was perfect, great communication, courteous, informative and the service was completed, my car was supposed to be clean but it was not but it's not the lady fault but her service cover the lack of car cleaning.
