First I had to wait approx. 3 wks.to get an appointment just to get my car looked at, then they tell me that I have to wait another 1 to 2 wks. for the work to be done. I waited 3 wks.to get an appointment just to get my car looked at, then they tell me that I have to wait another 1 to 2 wks. for the work to be done. I waited approx. 1 1/2 hrs. for them to look for the problem to order the part. There has to be a better way. More

The service staff was just fine. I spoke with the service director and the staff. I waited for about an hour or so and they texted me to pick up the car. There was an issue with the apple car play and the service folks tried to help me but they did not understand the apple carplay and how it worked. So they got a salesman who helped fix my issue and I was satisfied. I had a decent experience with the staff. More
