I made the first available appointment for a factory recall that could cause a fire internally, 5 weeks prior to my appointment. I hoped nothing would happen in the days leading up to July 1st! I entered the service area where I was greeted by Jessica (SERVICE MANAGER). We both have a very poor dislike for each other since 2018. She only said, "can I help you". No good morning, welcome to Auto Nation, what can we do for you today? I told her my last name, and I have a 9:00 appointment for a factory recall. Her only response was "KEYS"!! I found my way to waiting area and took a seat. Eventually, service advisors were coming out and explaining to other customers that their cars were ready. After 1 hour 15 minutes, I noticed my car brought out and left in a rainstorm. I waited 10 minutes, and no one came to get me. I walked up to service desk and waited 10 minutes to sign my paperwork. There was no mention of how the repair went or any kind of information on what they actually did. I got my keys and was the only customer who got soaked getting to their car. When I returned home, I read my paperwork, and they concluded that during their multi point inspection check, that all 4 tires were badly worn and needed replacement. It's ironic that I installed 4 new tires and received a front-end alignment in January of 2022, 6 months ago. I will never, ever go back to this dealership again. I have owned Hyundai's since 2005 and I will take my business to North Charleston Hyundai over 2 hours away instead of ever coming back here. I know this service manager values only 5-star reviews, but until you make a change with this service manager, you'll never see me back in that dealership. I would be glad to discuss my pathetic dealings with this dealership going back to the day I purchased my Sante Fe if anyone from Hyundai really cares about their product. More

First time buyer from AutoNation. They were friendly, professional and aware enough of their inventory to know that the car I was looking for had just come in and was being cleaned up They were friendly, professional and aware enough of their inventory to know that the car I was looking for had just come in and was being cleaned up in the prep area. Our salesman Adrian went to the back of the shop, pulled the vehicle around and we shook hands on it. The next day we worked out the finances and drove our car home. Nice and easy. More

Brett Adelman was great, the tech I’m not sure. He checked my cabin filter and forgot to replace the stops that keeps the glovebox from falling down. When I got home to replace the cabin filter I opened the glovebox and everything fell out, good thing the stops where there and there was no passenger in the car at the time or someone would be paying for possible doctor bills. More
