They do not come across as a 'hard sell" team. They are more interested in genuinely wanting to match the customer with a car that suits their needs and financial situation. I could not ask fir nicer people , the Lady manager brought out snakes and drink for my 2 boys and asked them if they needed anything else, I had a 3 hour wait time for my AC.
